Some of my earliest memories were shared in a VW Kombi in the early 80's, cruising around South Africa with my Dad and his brothers in search of some epic conditions and uncrowded peaks.
If my memory serves me well, my uncle had a red VW Kombi, it was a total rust bucket that had seen better days and it would break down pretty much everyday, but that never changed our love for the real true happy hippie home of the 60's, 70's and 80's.
